I know what it feels like to start from the beginning.

When I first became interested in the Italian language, I had no special advantage — only curiosity, determination, and the desire to communicate naturally and confidently.

After graduating in Financial and Bank Transactions, I traveled to Italy and began learning Italian step by step. Over time, I continued my studies and became certified at the University for Foreigners in Perugia. This journey eventually allowed me to work as an Italian language translator and gain experience in an international business environment.

But learning a language is not only about grammar or vocabulary.

It’s also about confidence.

It’s about understanding people in real situations, responding naturally, and not freezing when someone speaks to you.

During my own journey, I experienced many challenges, frustrations, and moments of uncertainty. That experience helped me understand what language learners actually need most:
practical communication, repetition, patience, and confidence in the moment.

That is why I created Proficiency Consultant.

My goal is to help you feel more comfortable using Italian in real-life situations — whether you are traveling to Italy, preparing for conversations, improving your speaking skills, or simply trying to feel more natural with the language.

Our lessons and resources focus on:

You do not need perfect Italian to begin speaking.
